The Role – Electrical Package Manager
As Electrical Package Manager, you will take full ownership of the electrical package on a major data centre project in Sines. You will manage the complete lifecycle from design coordination and procurement through to installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
This is a senior site based role where you will lead subcontractors, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure all electrical systems are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards expected on mission critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical package from pre construction through to commissioning and handover
- Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are implemented and maintained on site
- Drive a strong QHSE culture across all teams and subcontractors
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients to meet programme milestones
- Manage subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials across the electrical scope
- Monitor progress against programme and adjust resources where required
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and snagging processes
- Manage the in progress snagging system and ensure timely close out of defects
- Track labour hours and report to central commercial teams
- Produce weekly cost reports, including procurement and labour tracking
- Prepare internal and external progress reports highlighting risks, delays, and completion status
- Coordinate material deliveries in line with construction programme requirements
- Attend all site meetings including planning, coordination, and handover reviews
- Maintain full project documentation including photographic records
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience as an Electrical Package Manager or Senior Electrical Project Manager
- Background delivering large scale construction projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical, or industrial builds
- Strong understanding of electrical systems within mission critical environments
- Experience managing subcontractors and complex site operations
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance
- Experience working on design and build projects
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing costs and reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive programme delivery
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 DOE
