The Company

This growing mechanical contractor is recognised for delivering high quality mechanical services packages on residential and commercial construction projects across Ireland. With a strong pipeline of residential developments and apartment schemes throughout Dublin and Leinster, they are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to support project delivery.

As a Site Supervisor

As Site Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction across residential and domestic mechanical construction projects throughout Dublin.

Working closely with the Contracts Manager and Senior Project Manager, you will oversee site operations, coordinate operatives and subcontractors, and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor or Plumbing Supervisor from a strong domestic or residential construction background.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day mechanical and plumbing installation works on site
• Review and analyse mechanical drawings and layouts using Procore
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and operatives to ensure programme delivery
• Ensure all works are completed to company QA and quality standards
• Carry out regular site inspections and enforce health and safety procedures
• Manage site documentation, progress updates, RFIs, and reporting through Procore
• Liaise with contractors, project managers, consultants, and suppliers
• Coordinate materials ordering and deliveries with procurement teams
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities on site
• Identify project delays, issues, and variations and report them appropriately
• Support apprentices and junior operatives on site
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within company standards

About You

• Time served plumbing or mechanical trade background
• Strong experience supervising residential or domestic construction projects
• Previous experience within mechanical services, plumbing, or M&E construction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
• Ability to manage subcontractors and direct labour effectively
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and coordinating site activities
• Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software would be beneficial
• Strong focus on quality workmanship and programme delivery
• Full driving licence with flexibility to travel to Dublin based projects
