The Role – Graduate Engineer / Estimator

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Engineer / Estimator with HVAC or mechanical building services experience to join a busy and growing technical team in Dublin. The role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential building services projects while working alongside experienced engineers, estimators, and sales specialists.

You will support the preparation of HVAC quotations, assist with mechanical system design, provide technical support to customers, and help manage project enquiries through the full estimation process. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop both their engineering and commercial skills within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations for HVAC plant and mechanical building services projects
• Assisting with the design of HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and industrial applications
• Supporting consultant engineers and mechanical contractors with technical solutions
• Managing and tracking project enquiries through the CRM system
• Providing technical support and product advice to customers
• Liaising with suppliers, consultant engineers, contractors, and the external sales team
• Developing strong long-term client relationships across the building services sector
• Supporting the delivery of company sales targets and project objectives
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Assisting with additional engineering and estimation duties as required

About You

• Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Refrigeration Engineering
• 3 years’ experience in an Engineer / Estimator or similar building services role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the Irish building services sector
• Experience preparing technical quotations and supporting mechanical projects
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team
• Strong customer focus with a proactive and organised approach
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced office environment
• Full right to live and work permanently in Ireland
