The Company
Our client is one of Europe’s leading specialist data centre contractors, delivering large scale mission critical projects across the continent. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and technical excellence, they are involved in some of the most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre developments currently under construction in Europe.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major data centre development in Finland. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who wants to work on high profile projects within the rapidly expanding data centre sector.
The Role – Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of key elements of a large scale data centre construction project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality expectations.
You will oversee project delivery from planning and procurement through to commissioning and handover, coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, and working closely with clients and design teams to maintain progress across all phases of the build.
This role offers excellent long term career prospects for a Project Manager with experience in data centres, mission critical construction, electrical projects, or large scale industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily and weekly project delivery activities
- Drive programme performance and maintain project milestones
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and quality are achieved on site
- Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades across the project
- Monitor labour levels, productivity, and resource allocation
- Work closely with design teams to resolve technical and construction issues
- Manage procurement schedules and ensure materials are delivered in line with programme requirements
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Support and mentor supervisors, foremen, and project teams
- Review project documentation, reports, and site records to ensure accurate project tracking
- Assist with commissioning, testing, and project handover activities
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, M&E, electrical, or mission critical projects
- Data centre experience is highly desirable
- Strong background managing subcontractors and site teams on large scale projects
- Excellent understanding of project planning, programme management, and construction sequencing
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and delivering projects to a high standard
- Experience coordinating with design teams, consultants, and clients
- Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Motivated, proactive, and capable of driving project performance in a fast paced environment
Salary: €110,000 – €130,000 DOE
