The Role – Senior Electrical Project Manager
As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of major electrical packages on large scale engineering projects in Denmark. You will lead projects from pre-construction through to completion, managing teams, programme, budget, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
You will play a key role in coordinating all electrical activities across LV, MV, and HV systems while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a senior position with significant responsibility and influence across project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €120,000 – €150,000 (DOE)

You will play a key role in coordinating all electrical activities across LV, MV, and HV systems while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a senior position with significant responsibility and influence across project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from initial handover through to completion and final account
- Coordinate project planning, procurement, design, and construction programmes
- Develop project execution plans including cost control, cashflow, and scheduling
- Manage and lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance against programme
- Work closely with commercial teams to manage costs and financial reporting
- Chair progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover processes
- Ensure all project documentation, O&M manuals, and records are completed
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to company best practices
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or similar, or strong trade background
- 10 plus years’ experience in electrical project management on large scale projects
- Proven experience delivering data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects
- Strong technical knowledge across LV, MV, and HV electrical systems
- Experience working under main contractors in fast paced project environments
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project finances
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Driven, results focused, and capable of leading complex projects to completion
Salary: €120,000 – €150,000 (DOE)
