The Company
This specialist European main contractor delivers large scale data centre and mission critical projects across the Nordic region and mainland Europe.
With a strong pipeline of major data centre developments, they are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join the project team in Espoo, Finland. This is a senior site based position with responsibility for quality across both CSA and MEP works throughout construction, commissioning and handover.
The Role: Quality Lead
As Quality Lead, you will take ownership of the Project Quality Management System across the project, working closely with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Commissioning and Client teams.
You will lead the site QA/QC team and ensure CSA and MEP works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, inspection requirements, quality standards and handover requirements.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Quality Lead, QA/QC Manager or Senior Quality Engineer with at least 8 years’ experience on large scale construction projects.
You will have strong knowledge of both CSA and MEP installations and be comfortable managing a QA/QC team within a technically demanding data centre or mission critical construction environment.
You should be organised, technically strong and confident working across construction, engineering and commissioning teams while maintaining the quality standards required on a major data centre project.
What’s on Offer
Salary: €105,000 DOE
This is a senior quality position with responsibility across both CSA and MEP delivery on a major data centre development in Finland.
You will have ownership of the quality function on site, lead the QA/QC team and work closely with construction, engineering and commissioning teams through to final handover.
The €250 net weekly allowance, 17/4 rotation, solo accommodation and return flights provide a strong overseas package, backed by a long term pipeline of European data centre projects.

- Must have 8+ years’ QA/QC experience on large scale construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of both CSA and MEP installations required
- Proven experience managing ITPs, inspections, testing, NCRs and quality documentation
- Degree in Engineering, Construction or equivalent industry experience required
- Data centre or mission critical construction experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical or large scale industrial project experience beneficial
- Previous experience managing and mentoring QA/QC Engineers on major construction projects
- European construction experience beneficial
- Lead implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works
- Manage and mentor the site QA/QC team
- Oversee ITPs, inspections, testing and quality documentation
- Manage NCRs and drive corrective actions through to close out
- Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, commissioning and subcontractor teams
- Liaise with client representatives on quality requirements and project close out
- Ensure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to the required standard
- Support internal and client audits throughout project delivery
- Drive a right first time approach across site operations
- Ensure quality standards are maintained through construction, commissioning and final handover
