This specialist European main contractor delivers large scale data centre and mission critical projects across the Nordic region and mainland Europe.
With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join the team on a major data centre development in Helsinki, Finland. The company offers long term European opportunities and a strong route for progression within its electrical delivery teams.
The Role: Electrical Package Manager
As Electrical Package Manager, you will take ownership of a major electrical package from design coordination and procurement through installation, testing and commissioning.
Working closely with the Project Manager, engineering, commercial and commissioning teams, you will manage electrical subcontractors, labour, materials, programme and quality to ensure the package is delivered safely and to the required standard.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Electrical Package Manager, Electrical Project Manager or senior electrical construction professional with a strong background delivering technically demanding electrical packages.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of a significant electrical package, managing subcontractors and coordinating with engineering, commercial and commissioning teams to keep works on programme.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have proven experience managing electrical packages on large scale construction projects
- Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission critical project experience required
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installation, testing and commissioning
- Relevant Electrical Engineering qualification or strong electrical construction background
- Previous data centre construction experience preferred
- Design and build project experience beneficial
- Experience managing subcontractors, costs, variations and project reporting
- European project experience beneficial
- Manage the electrical package from design coordination through installation, testing and commissioning
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors and site teams
- Drive programme delivery and track progress against key project milestones
- Manage materials, plant, labour levels and electrical package costs
- Coordinate with the client, consulting engineers and wider project team
- Monitor quality, snagging and close out of electrical works
- Produce weekly progress and cost reports
- Manage variations, valuations and subcontractor performance
- Ensure electrical works meet project specifications and QHSE requirements
- Support testing, commissioning and final handover
