The Role – Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a residential construction project in Dublin. You will lead site operations, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a key position on site, requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining programme and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and enforce all Health & Safety procedures on site
• Deliver the project in line with agreed programme and milestones
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour effectively
• Maintain high standards of quality control and finish
• Monitor progress and report to senior management
• Liaise with design teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Ensure all works are completed in line with specifications and regulations
About You
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects
• Strong background with main contractors or developers
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple trades
• Detail-focused with a commitment to high-quality delivery
• Relevant construction qualification preferred
