Job title: Regional MEP Manager – Data Centres
Location: Dublin, Co Dublin

Package: €140,000 to €160,000 DOE
The Company
This international contractor specialises in the turnkey delivery of major data centre projects across Ireland and Europe, covering design, construction and commissioning.
Based from Dublin, they are looking for a Regional MEP Manager to oversee MEP delivery across multiple data centre projects within their European portfolio.
The Role: Regional MEP Manager
As Regional MEP Manager, you will provide senior leadership to MEP Managers, Project Managers and engineering teams across multiple projects.
You will oversee MEP delivery from pre-construction through procurement, installation, commissioning and handover, with responsibility for programme, quality, safety and commercial performance. Regular travel across the region will be required.
Must Have Requirements
You will be a senior MEP professional with extensive experience delivering technically complex projects and leading large project teams.
You should have strong commercial awareness, technical MEP knowledge and the ability to influence project delivery across several live data centre developments.

Must Have Requirements
- Significant MEP management experience on large-scale data centre, mission-critical or similarly complex projects.
- Proven experience overseeing multiple projects or regional operations.
- Strong knowledge of MEP design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- European data centre delivery experience strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial experience across budgets, change control and risk management beneficial.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed MEP teams advantageous.
- Lead MEP teams across multiple data centre projects.
- Oversee MEP delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
- Monitor programme, safety, quality and commercial performance.
- Support construction, procurement and commissioning strategies.
- Review designs for buildability, cost, programme and operational performance.
- Oversee procurement of MEP packages and long-lead equipment.
- Manage project risks and support Project Directors with mitigation strategies.
- Maintain consistent MEP delivery standards across the regional portfolio.
- Mentor and develop MEP Managers, Project Managers and engineering teams.
You will be a senior MEP professional with extensive experience delivering technically complex projects and leading large project teams.
