• Identify programme risks and constraints and support mitigation strategies
• Facilitate look ahead and planning meetings with site management
• Maintain and revise schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce internal and external progress reports and dashboards
About You
• Third level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, or a strong technical trade background
• 3 to 5 years experience in construction planning, ideally within power transmission, substations or renewables
• Strong understanding of HV substation construction sequencing and electrical infrastructure delivery
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Experienced in labour loading, S curves, progress measurement and performance reporting
• Commercially aware with the ability to align programme and budget
• Strong communicator capable of influencing site and senior management teams
• Detail focused, organised and proactive in identifying risks
