Job title: OFCI Package Manager – Data Centre Construction

The Company
This specialist European main contractor delivers large scale data centre and mission critical projects across the Nordic region and mainland Europe.
With a strong pipeline of data centre construction projects, they are looking for an experienced OFCI Package Manager to join the project team on a major development in Finland, managing critical owner furnished equipment from procurement and delivery through installation and commissioning.
The Role: OFCI Package Manager
As OFCI Package Manager, you will take responsibility for the full lifecycle of OFCI equipment packages, coordinating closely with the client, vendors, subcontractors, engineering, planning and commissioning teams.
You will ensure equipment is delivered, installed and commissioned safely, on programme and in line with the required technical and quality standards.
Must Have Requirements
You will have a strong M&E construction background with at least 7 years’ experience and proven exposure to data centre or mission critical projects.
You should be comfortable managing vendors, technical interfaces and multiple stakeholders while keeping critical equipment packages aligned with programme, quality and commissioning requirements.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 7+ years’ experience with an M&E contractor on large scale construction projects
- Proven mission critical or data centre project experience required
- Experience managing vendor supplied electrical or mechanical equipment through installation and commissioning
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Relevant Electrical Engineering or related qualification required
- Live data centre construction experience preferred
- Previous responsibility for OFCI or specialist equipment packages beneficial
- Experience working on major European construction projects
- Manage OFCI packages from procurement through delivery, installation and commissioning
- Coordinate client appointed vendors, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Track equipment delivery against the construction and commissioning programme
- Work closely with engineering, planning and commissioning teams
- Lead OFCI coordination meetings and resolve technical or programme issues
- Monitor quality, safety and technical compliance before installation
- Identify package risks and put mitigation measures in place
- Report progress against key OFCI milestones
You will have a strong M&E construction background with at least 7 years’ experience and proven exposure to data centre or mission critical projects.
