The Role MEP Construction Manager
As MEP Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages on a major data centre project in West Cork. You will play a key role in ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are achieved across all MEP installations.
This is a senior site based position where you will lead subcontractors, coordinate with design and project teams and ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards expected on hyperscale data centre developments.

The Role MEP Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Health and Safety management across all MEP activities on site
- Programme planning, sequencing and tracking of mechanical and electrical works
- Management of subcontractors, supervisors and specialist vendors
- Quality control and inspection of all installations to ensure compliance with specifications
- Monitoring project progress, costs and reporting to senior management
- Coordination with design, commissioning and client teams
- Management of documentation, RFIs and technical submissions
- Identification and mitigation of project risks and delays
- Ensuring compliance with all building regulations, standards and project requirements
- Degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years experience in an MEP Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong background working with M&E contractors on large scale construction projects
- Experience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractors
- Data centre, pharma or industrial project experience is highly advantageous
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Strong focus on quality, safety and programme delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
- Salary €80,000 to €95,000 DOE
