Mechanical Pipe Fitter – Industrial Energy Project

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Pipe Fitter to join a large-scale industrial energy project based at a major processing facility in Co. Limerick.

This role offers long-term, stable work on a technically demanding site, with strong health & safety standards and a consistent pipeline of work. The successful candidate will be involved in the installation and fabrication of schedule carbon steel pipework within an industrial oil & gas-style environment. You will work as part of an experienced site team, delivering high-quality mechanical installations while meeting strict safety, quality, and programme requirements.

Mechanical Pipe Fitter Skills:  

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Pipe Fitter
• Strong experience working with schedule carbon steel pipework
• Ability to read and interpret isometric, fabrication, and mechanical drawings
• Strong focus on quality and health & safety
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a site-based team

As a Mechanical Pipe Fitter:

• Install and fabricate schedule carbon steel pipework on siteAdhere strictly to work instructions, method statements, and safety procedures
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
• Keep fabrication areas and site workspaces clean, safe, and organised
• ???????Work collaboratively with supervisors, welders, and site management

The Package: Salary will be DOE but you can expect a salary of at least €55,000 plus package.
