With multiple live projects in Sweden, they are continuing to build out their senior mechanical team to support full lifecycle delivery from design through to commissioning.
The Role – Mechanical Package Manager
As Mechanical Package Manager, you will take responsibility for the full mechanical scope on a major data centre project. This includes design coordination, procurement, installation, subcontractor management and commissioning, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €85,000 – €100,000 (DOE)

The Role – Mechanical Package Manager
As Mechanical Package Manager, you will take responsibility for the full mechanical scope on a major data centre project. This includes design coordination, procurement, installation, subcontractor management and commissioning, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full mechanical package from design to handover
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure buildability and compliance
- Oversee procurement and material tracking
- Manage subcontractors and site teams
- Monitor programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Maintain quality control and technical standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Support commissioning activities and final project delivery
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Package Manager or similar role
- Strong background in M&E or mechanical contracting
- Experience on data centre or large-scale industrial projects
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
- Excellent coordination, leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and programme management ability
Salary: €85,000 – €100,000 (DOE)
