With ongoing expansion in Sweden, they are seeking experienced construction professionals to support the delivery of major data centre builds in a highly structured and safety-focused environment.
The Role – Mechanical Construction Manager
As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will oversee all on-site mechanical installation activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site teams and drive construction performance from early stages through to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €80,000 – €95,000 (DOE)

The Role – Mechanical Construction Manager
As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will oversee all on-site mechanical installation activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site teams and drive construction performance from early stages through to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure productivity and quality standards
- Coordinate installation of HVAC, pipework and mechanical plant systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Track programme progress and resolve site issues
- Conduct inspections and manage quality assurance processes
- Work closely with project managers and engineers
- Support commissioning and handover phases
- Strong mechanical background within construction or M&E contracting
- Experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or Site Manager
- Data centre or large-scale industrial project experience desirable
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and installation methods
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and site priorities
- Focused on safety, quality and programme delivery
Salary: €80,000 – €95,000 (DOE)
