Package: €95,000 package DOE
The Company
Well-established Irish main contractor delivering a broad range of building projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and public sector developments throughout Ireland.
With a strong reputation for quality delivery, client relationships, and repeat business, the company continues to expand and is now investing further in its Mechanical and Electrical capability. This M&E Manager / M&E Coordinator position is a newly created role that will play a key part in supporting future growth while helping to establish and develop the M&E function within the business.
The role will initially support a major healthcare project in Longford, Co Longford, while also contributing to projects across the wider business.
The Role: M&E Manager / M&E Coordinator
This is a senior position for an experienced M&E Coordinator or M&E Manager currently working with a main contractor in Ireland.
You will take responsibility for coordinating Mechanical and Electrical services throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring installations are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives while helping to shape M&E procedures and best practices across the wider organisation.
This role is primarily office and site based, with approximately two days per week currently required on a healthcare project in Longford.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced M&E Coordinator or M&E Manager who enjoys taking ownership and working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality building services installations.
You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams. You understand the importance of programme delivery, quality assurance, commissioning, and client satisfaction.
Most importantly, you will be looking for an opportunity where you can influence how the M&E function develops within a growing contractor rather than simply managing an individual project.
What’s On Offer
Salary: €95,000 DOE
Benefits:
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced M&E Coordinator or M&E Manager to step into a newly established position with genuine influence and long-term career potential.
Rather than joining an existing structure, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future direction of Mechanical and Electrical delivery within a growing Irish main contractor. The business has a strong pipeline of work, a supportive management team, and a clear commitment to investing in its people.
The role offers excellent visibility within the organisation and the opportunity to contribute to major projects while building a long-term career.
