The Role: Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day management of a large residential development in North Dublin. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee site operations from groundworks through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site resources and work closely with the engineering and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining excellent health and safety standards.
Must Have Requirements:
• Must have 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects in Ireland.
• Experience working for an Irish main contractor or residential developer is required.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely while maintaining programme and quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health and safety legislation.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience delivering large housing or apartment developments.
• Trade or construction management qualification beneficial.
• Experience using construction management software such as Procore or similar.
• Strong client and subcontractor management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all day to day site operations on a busy residential construction project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed in line with programme.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure high quality finishes throughout the project.
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards across the site.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineers and commercial team.
• Manage site logistics, materials and labour requirements.
• Chair site meetings and prepare regular progress reports.
• Resolve on site issues quickly to maintain programme delivery.

You are an experienced Site Manager with a strong background delivering residential construction projects for an Irish main contractor or developer. You are organised, commercially aware and confident leading site teams in a live construction environment.
