Job title: Site Manager – Data Centre Fit Out
Location: Mons, Wallonia, Belgium
Company: Established Irish Fit Out Contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe
Package: €75,000 to €80,000 + full expatriate package

The Role: Site Manager
This Site Manager position is based in Mons, Belgium on a large scale data centre fit out project. You will be responsible for managing day to day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme delivery and ensuring all works are completed safely and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will play a key role in maintaining progress, managing site logistics and ensuring the successful delivery of specialist fit out works within a live construction environment.
Must Have Requirements:
• Must have 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial, industrial or data centre construction projects.
• Experience working for a main contractor or specialist fit out contractor is required.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects safely to programme.
• EU passport or the right to work within the European Union is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and quality standards.
Preferred Experience
• Data centre fit out experience preferred.
• Experience using Procore, BIM 360 or similar construction management software.
• Previous experience working on European construction projects would be beneficial.
Nice to Have
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• SMSTS, Safe Pass or equivalent health and safety qualifications.
• First Aid certification.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily site operations on a major data centre fit out project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are progressing in line with programme.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.
• Monitor quality and ensure all installations meet project specifications.
• Attend site meetings with the project management team and client representatives.
• Manage labour, materials and site logistics efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Resolve site issues quickly to maintain programme delivery.

You are an experienced Site Manager with a strong background delivering high quality construction or fit out projects for a main contractor. You are organised, proactive and confident managing multiple subcontractors while maintaining excellent safety and quality standards. You thrive in a busy site environment and are comfortable working as part of a professional project team on large scale international projects.
