Overview:
Excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join a highly regarded Irish civil engineering contractor delivering a public realm and urban infrastructure project in North Dublin.
This is a technically varied scheme involving extensive streetscape upgrades, drainage, utilities, ducting, road and footpath works, kerbing, concrete works, landscaping, public lighting and associated civil engineering works within a busy urban environment.
You’ll join an experienced project team where you’ll get strong exposure to all aspects of site engineering, from setting out and surveying through to quality, subcontractor coordination, technical queries and day to day project delivery.
The company places a major emphasis on developing its engineers, with ongoing CPD, in house learning, accredited training and support for engineers looking to progress towards Chartership in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out using Total Station and GPS of works in accordance with project drawings and specifications
- Assisting with the delivery of drainage, utilities, ducting, kerbing, concrete and public realm works
- Reviewing drawings and raising technical queries with the Senior Engineer and Project Manager
- Carrying out quality checks, maintaining accurate site records and assisting with QA documentation
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Site Engineer in Ireland
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Good setting out and surveying experience using Total Station and/or GPS equipment
- Previous experience on civil engineering projects would be highly beneficial
