Site Engineer
Location: Co. Kildare
The Project: Public Realm & Civil Infrastructure Scheme
The Package: €55,000 – €65,000 + Vehicle + Fuel + Matched Pension
Company: Irish Civil Engineering Contractor
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has opened up for a Site Engineer to join a growing Irish Civil Engineering Contractor on a public realm and civil infrastructure scheme in County Kildare.
You’ll be joining a contractor that has built a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging civil engineering works across Ireland, with experience spanning roads, bridges, water, drainage, pipelines, rail, energy, marine and urban renewal projects.
The role will give you much more than straight forward setting out experience, as you’ll have involvement across the full delivery of the project, including planning works, programme awareness, technical problem-solving, quality control and procurement coordination.
The business is led by highly experienced Civil Engineers who have spent their careers delivering complex infrastructure projects in Ireland and Britain, giving you the opportunity to learn directly from people with significant technical and project management experience.
It’s a hands on, collaborative environment where Engineers are encouraged to take responsibility and develop their understanding of how projects are actually managed, rather than being limited purely to setting out duties.
With the company continuing to grow and taking on an increasingly varied workload, this is a strong opportunity for an experienced Engineer who wants greater responsibility, exposure to interesting civil engineering work and a clear route towards management positions.
