An opportunity has for an experienced Site Engineer to join one of Ireland's leading residential developers on a flagship large scale residential development in North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out setting out for foundations, floor slabs, drainage, services, roads, housing plots, and structural elements using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Coordinate site drawings and technical information, ensuring works are completed in line with design specifications.
- Monitor and inspect subcontractor works to ensure the highest standards of quality and workmanship are achieved.
- Work closely with the Senior Engineer, Site Manager, subcontractors, and design team to deliver project milestones safely, on programme and within specification.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 3 years+ of experience working as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong setting out experience using Total Station, GPS and surveying equipment.
- Residential construction experience is highly desirable.
