Site Engineer
Location: Co. Roscommon
The Package: €55,000 - €60,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Matched Pension Scheme + Death in Service Benefits + 23 Days Annual Leave
The Project: Renewable Energy & Civil Infrastructure Project
Company: Irish Civil Engineering Contractor
Overview:
Excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to join a well established, family owned Civil Engineering Contractor on a renewable energy and civil infrastructure project in County Roscommon.
The project will provide excellent engineering exposure across a mixture of civil and building works, including site development, earthworks, drainage, access infrastructure, reinforced concrete works, services and the construction of a new building.
You’ll be involved across the project rather than being limited purely to setting out, gaining experience across engineering, quality, procurement, H&S, design coordination and programme monitoring.
With 55+ years in the industry, this contractor has developed from a traditional Irish Civils Contractor into a progressive engineering business operating across Ireland and Britain, delivering projects across the Energy, Water, Wastewater and Built Environment sectors.
One of the biggest attractions is the company culture. Despite its growth, the business has retained a strong family owned ethos and places a genuine emphasis on its people, teamwork and creating an environment where engineers are supported to develop.
Training, mentoring and professional development are actively encouraged, and there is a proven history of engineers progressing internally from Site Engineer positions through Project Management and Contracts Management into senior leadership roles.
If you're a Site Engineer looking for a long term position in the West of Ireland where you can take on genuine responsibility, broaden your engineering experience and progress with a supportive Civil Engineering Contractor, this is well worth a chat.
