Excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to join one of Ireland’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on the delivery of a major €50m+ residential development in North Dublin.
This is a substantial multi-phase apartment development incorporating several multi storey residential blocks, RC works, undercroft areas, extensive drainage & utilities, external works and high quality landscaping works.
The contractor is one of the most established names in the Irish construction industry, with a strong pipeline of projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, industrial and data centre sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out setting out, levelling and surveying activities, ensuring all works are completed accurately in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Monitor concrete quality through cube sampling, slump testing and associated quality control procedures.
- Work closely with the Senior Engineer, Site Manager and wider construction team to plan and sequence works effectively.
- Liaise with subcontractors, design teams and other project stakeholders to resolve technical queries and ensure works progress in accordance with programme.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong setting out and surveying experience with Total Station and surveying equipment.
- Understanding of RC works, pre pour inspections and construction QA procedures.
