Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to join the team on a landmark €100m+ residential development in South Dublin.
The project includes over 400 high quality apartments across multiple mid and high rise blocks, extensive basement works, retail units, resident amenities and a creche, making it one of the most significant residential developments currently under construction in Ireland.
You'll be joining a long established international property developer with a substantial pipeline of premium residential and mixed use developments across Ireland, Britain and Europe.
The company has built a reputation for delivering distinctive, high quality schemes, combining innovative new build construction with exceptional attention to detail and long term investment in its developments.
This role would particularly suit an engineer with strong residential experience who enjoys taking ownership of technical coordination on site.
You'll play a key role in managing façade construction, working closely with the setting out team, subcontractors and project management to ensure quality, sequencing and dimensional accuracy throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate façade construction including SFS, insulation, cavity barriers, brickwork, balconies, ventilation systems and external finishes.
- Work closely with the setting out engineers to ensure all façade elements are installed within specified tolerances.
- Monitor concrete frame as-built surveys and verify dimensional accuracy before façade installation.
- Review drawings and technical details, identifying and resolving design or construction issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer with an Irish main contractor or developer.
- Strong background delivering large scale residential projects.
- Experience working on brickwork façade and RC frame structures is desirable.
