Overview:
An established Irish Civil Engineering Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their team on a major power infrastructure project in the West of Ireland.
This is a significant long term infrastructure scheme that will strengthen Ireland's electricity network while supporting the continued growth of renewable energy and future power demand.
The project includes major underground utility works, substation upgrades and all other associated civil engineering activities.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline is desirable.
- 7+ years of experience working on civil engineering or utilities projects in Ireland.
- Experience managing subcontractors, programme delivery and project costs.
- Full Clean Irish Driver's Licence essential.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain programme delivery.
- Mentor engineers and site staff while promoting continuous improvement across the project.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials to achieve programme milestones.
- Liaise with the Contracts Manager, client representatives and design team throughout the project.
