The Role – Senior Quantity Surveyor
You’ll play a key role on a €200m residential development in Dublin, one of the largest schemes currently under construction in Ireland. The project will deliver high-end residential units with integrated commercial and public amenities, a defining addition to the city’s skyline.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the commercial management of key packages, working closely with the wider site and design teams to ensure the project’s financial success from inception to completion.

The Role – Senior Quantity Surveyor
You’ll play a key role on a €200m residential development in Dublin, one of the largest schemes currently under construction in Ireland. The project will deliver high-end residential units with integrated commercial and public amenities, a defining addition to the city’s skyline.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the commercial management of key packages, working closely with the wider site and design teams to ensure the project’s financial success from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cost planning, procurement, and contract administration across multiple project phases.
- Manage subcontractor tendering, valuations, and final accounts.
- Lead monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control for senior management.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Implement value engineering and commercial strategies to maximise project performance.
- Mentor and support junior QS team members to ensure continuous professional growth.
- Work closely with design, site, and project management teams to deliver the scheme on time and within budget.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years’ post-graduate experience with a Tier 1 or reputable main contractor.
- Proven track record managing large-scale (€30m+) residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong technical, contractual, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Commercially driven, detail-oriented, and confident in leading client and subcontractor meetings.
- A proactive professional who leads by example and supports team development.
