The Role –Procurement Manager
As Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting major construction projects from early tender through delivery, ensuring the effective procurement of subcontractor and material packages across multiple sites.
Working from the Kildare head office, you’ll collaborate with project, commercial, and operations teams to ensure procurement aligns with programme, budget, and quality targets.

The Role –Procurement Manager
As Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting major construction projects from early tender through delivery, ensuring the effective procurement of subcontractor and material packages across multiple sites.
Working from the Kildare head office, you’ll collaborate with project, commercial, and operations teams to ensure procurement aligns with programme, budget, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of subcontractor and material packages across multiple projects.
- Develop procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and supply chain reliability.
- Source, prequalify, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate procurement scheduling.
- Monitor and report on procurement status and key performance indicators.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support the commercial team with cost comparisons, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Drive consistency, quality, and value across all procurement activities.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in procurement within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Based within commuting distance of Kildare, with flexibility to visit sites as required.
