- Manage costs from procurement to final account
- Budget preparation, monitoring & forecasting
- Oversee contracts, payments & variations
- Work closely with project teams & clients
- Ensure accurate financial reporting
- 7+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Data Centre/Substation experience desirable
- Degree in QS, Construction Economics, or related field
- Strong commercial & negotiation skills
