Would you like to work half your week in Amsterdam and the other half at home? We're working with one of the worlds leading Industrial Main Contractors on major data centres and industrial style projects across Europe and Ireland.
They currently have a need for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to be based out of their office in Kildare 3 days a week and in Amsterdam the other 2 days, all flights, accommodation and food covered. They also have other openings in Belgium, Germany and Austria.
You will be working alongside some of the industries most experienced Quantity Surveyors, learning whilst growing your career giving you the chance to progress rapidly.

As Quantity Surveyor:
The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of €45,000 - €55,000 depending on experience + vehicle / car allowance, fuel card, flights, accommodation and food all paid for.

As Quantity Surveyor:
- You have 1+ years post-graduate experience with a Main Contractor or Developer.
- You will be working with the Senior QS to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments, along with normal QS duties
- You will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
- You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ's
- You will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
- You will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors
