Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a leading Irish contractor delivering a major mission critical development in the Netherlands.
You’ll be joining a well organised construction company with operations across Ireland, Britain and Mainland Europe, specialising in technically complex projects across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Logistics Facilities.
The project itself involves the continued expansion and development of a large-scale operational data centre campus in the Netherlands, with a significant programme of CSA and technical fit out works being delivered within a highly controlled live environment.
From an engineering perspective, there’s plenty to get involved in. You’ll be working across structural and concrete works, technical fit-out, setting out, QA/QC and the coordination of interfaces between the CSA and specialist M&E packages.
The company places a major emphasis on professional development and mentoring, with a structured progression programme that can take high performing Senior Engineers towards Site Manager, Project Manager and ultimately Contracts Manager positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day engineering requirements on site, including setting out, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and design coordination.
- Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures, inspection plans and quality documentation.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, consultants, supervisors, planners and the wider construction team.
- Support the Project Manager and Contracts Manager in delivering works safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
- 5 years of experience working as a Site Engineer in Ireland/Mainland Europe.
- Strong setting out, surveying and levelling experience.
- Excellent understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITPs and quality documentation.
