The Role - Quantity Surveyor
Based on a major project in Frankfurt, this role will see you take full commercial responsibility for M&E packages from procurement through to final account. You will work closely with senior project and commercial teams to ensure financial control, contract compliance and successful project delivery.
This is a high impact role on a flagship European project, offering exposure to large scale data centre construction and the opportunity to work within an experienced international team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of specialist M&E subcontract packages across the project
- Carry out monthly cost value reconciliations and provide accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and submit applications for payment including valuations and materials on site
- Identify and manage variations ensuring all changes are properly recorded and agreed
- Administer contracts in line with JCT and NEC conditions
- Monitor commercial performance including cost, cash flow and risk
- Manage subcontractor accounts from appointment through to final account
- Maintain risk and opportunity registers to protect project margin
- Engage with client representatives and consultants through regular commercial meetings
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- 3 to 7 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within M&E or building services
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages on large construction projects
- Proven experience managing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work on rotation in Frankfurt
Salary: €80,000 – €110,000 (DOE)
