The contractor has a strong pipeline of work and is delivering a multi-million pound hotel fit out project in Central London, with a particular focus on programme delivery, subcontractor coordination and quality finishes.
The Role: Project Manager
This Project Manager role is based in Central London, overseeing the delivery of a multi-million pound hotel fit out project.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project, coordinating site teams and specialist subcontractors while driving the programme through fit out, finishes and handover. You will report to senior management and work closely with the commercial and design teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standard.
The position is available on a weekly or fortnightly rotation, with return flights and accommodation fully covered by the company.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor or fit out contractor
- Hotel, hospitality or high-end fit out experience is required
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and programme delivery on multi-million pound projects
- Must be comfortable working in Central London on a rotational basis
Preferred Experience
- Experience delivering hotel fit out projects through to completion and handover
- Strong knowledge of quality finishes, snagging and specialist fit out packages
- Previous experience working on UK construction projects beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the delivery of the hotel fit out works
- Manage specialist subcontractors, site teams and daily construction activities
- Drive the construction programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Oversee quality control, finishes, snagging and final handover
- Coordinate closely with the design, commercial and site teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain strong health and safety standards and provide regular progress reporting to senior management
