The Role: Finishing Foreman
This Finishing Foreman role is based on a residential housing development in Drogheda, Co Louth. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will manage the finishing stages, coordinating trades, monitoring quality and driving houses through snagging to handover.
Must Have Requirements
You will have a strong residential construction background with experience managing finishing trades across multiple units. You will be organised, hands-on and confident driving subcontractors while maintaining a high standard of finish.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, Site Foreman or similar on residential housing developments
- Experience coordinating finishing trades and subcontractors is required
- Strong knowledge of residential finishes, snagging and handover
- Must be confident managing works to programme and maintaining quality
- Multi-unit housing experience preferred
- Main contractor or residential developer background beneficial
- Good knowledge of Irish construction and health and safety standards
- Coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors
- Drive houses through finishing, snagging and handover
- Monitor quality and manage defect close-out
- Ensure works meet drawings and specifications
- Coordinate labour, materials and access with the site team
- Report progress and programme issues to the Site Manager
