Project Manager – HVAC & Building Services

You are a driven and technically skilled Project Manager looking to lead HVAC projects from concept through completion based out of Co Dublin. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Project Manager Skills:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in HVAC, Building Services, or Technical Engineering.
• 2–5 years’ experience in project management within HVAC or mechanical building services.
• Proven ability to deliver projects in commercial, industrial, or regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical or healthcare).
• Trade background or qualification in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Technical proficiency in HVAC systems, design principles, and relevant project management tools.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with CAD software for reviewing design documentation.

As a Project Manager:

• Lead and manage HVAC projects across all phases — from design coordination and procurement to installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Monitor and control project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial progress reports.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, design teams, and internal departments.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support site activities including commissioning, testing, and snag management.
• Prepare and maintain all technical, contractual, and Health & Safety documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and performance delivery.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €70,000 plus package to and more.
