The Company Well-established engineering contractor with a strong presence across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe. They deliver large-scale mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and energy projects for some of the world's most demanding clients.
With a significant data centre project underway in Fredericia, Denmark, they are seeking an experienced OFCI Manager to take ownership of all Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment packages, ensuring successful coordination from procurement through to commissioning and handover.

The Role: OFCI Manager Based in Fredericia, Denmark, the OFCI Manager will take full responsibility for the management, coordination, tracking, and successful delivery of all owner-furnished equipment packages on a major data centre project.
This is a critical project delivery role where you will act as the central point of contact between the client team, equipment vendors, construction teams, QA/QC personnel, logistics providers, and commissioning teams.
The successful OFCI Manager will ensure that all equipment packages are procured, manufactured, shipped, delivered, installed, tested, and handed over in line with project milestones and client requirements.
Must Have Requirements
You are comfortable working with clients, vendors, site management teams, and commissioning personnel, ensuring that critical equipment packages move through every stage of the project without impacting construction progress.
You have strong reporting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to drive issues to resolution in a fast-moving data centre environment.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 5 years' experience managing equipment packages on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the equipment lifecycle
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, installation workflows, and commissioning activities
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects in a contractor, client-side, or commissioning environment
- Previous OFCI management experience on data centre projects
- Experience coordinating FATs, SATs, and commissioning readiness activities
- Knowledge of IEC and EN standards
- Experience working on international construction projects across Europe
- Familiarity with digital project controls and reporting platforms
- Logistics or supply chain management experience
- Vendor management certification or specialist training
- Experience with mission-critical MEP systems and infrastructure equipment
- Understanding of preservation and storage requirements for critical equipment
- Take ownership of all OFCI equipment packages across the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain detailed OFCI tracking registers and delivery schedules
- Monitor vendor progress against procurement, manufacturing, FAT, and delivery milestones
- Lead coordination meetings with clients, vendors, suppliers, and project teams
- Manage shipping schedules, customs requirements, and site delivery planning
- Coordinate goods receipt inspections and equipment verification processes
- Ensure correct storage, preservation, and handling procedures are implemented on site
- Work closely with construction teams to align installation activities with programme requirements
- Resolve installation clashes, access constraints, and coordination issues
- Support QA/QC teams with inspections, testing requirements, and compliance verification
- Review ITPs, NCRs, punch lists, and close-out documentation
- Maintain accurate reporting on equipment status, risks, delays, and mitigation plans
- Coordinate commissioning readiness, energisation planning, and handover activities
- Ensure all documentation is complete for client acceptance and final turnover
