The Role – Mechanical Site Supervisor
As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of on-site mechanical installation activities across a range of projects. You will play a key role in coordinating site teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all mechanical works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
This is a hands-on supervisory position where your experience in mechanical systems and site operations will directly impact project quality, productivity and successful delivery.

The Role – Mechanical Site Supervisor
As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of on-site mechanical installation activities across a range of projects. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical installations including water, gas, steam, air and HVAC systems
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety standards and site procedures
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and apprentices to maintain programme targets
- Review drawings, specifications and layouts to identify potential issues early
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress and quality checks using Procore
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Manage materials, deliveries and coordination with procurement teams
- Raise and resolve RFIs, variations and site issues in a timely manner
- Support testing, commissioning and project handover phases
About You
- Time-served plumber or strong mechanical trade background
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Mechanical Site Supervisor or similar role
- Solid understanding of mechanical building services systems and installations
- Experience working on Irish construction projects
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and site compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Procore or similar construction management software
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Full clean driving licence with flexibility to travel across Dublin
