The Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join a structured development programme designed to provide exposure to all stages of major construction projects.
Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Teams, you will gain practical experience across cost management, procurement, valuations, reporting, and commercial administration.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and commercial skills while building a long-term career within the rapidly growing data centre sector.

Must Have Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the construction industry.
- Previous placement, internship, or work experience within construction beneficial.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying principles and commercial processes.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to construction software or BIM platforms advantageous.
- Interest in large-scale construction and data centre projects.
- International mobility and willingness to work across Europe.
- Understanding of procurement and contract administration processes.
- Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Support the measurement and valuation of construction works both on site and from drawings.
- Assist with cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support procurement activities including bills of quantities, tender evaluations, and subcontractor packages.
- Monitor project progress and assist with identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation.
- Support monthly valuations, cost reporting, and forecasting activities.
- Assist senior commercial staff with project administration and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and industry standards.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development activities throughout the graduate programme.
