The Company
This established Irish main contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering complex construction projects across Ireland, with particular expertise in mission critical, commercial and industrial developments.
With several live data centre projects across North and West Dublin, they continue to expand their site teams and offer long term career opportunities, excellent support and the chance to work on technically challenging builds in one of Ireland's busiest construction sectors.
The Role: Foreman
This Foreman position is based on a live data centre project in West Dublin. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
This role would suit an ambitious Foreman who is ready to progress their career. Candidates stepping into their first Foreman role, or those with early career experience in site supervision, will receive support from an experienced management team while developing their leadership skills on major projects.

Must Have Requirements
- Experience working on construction projects with a main contractor in Ireland
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Finishing Foreman, General Foreman or an experienced Site Supervisor ready to step up
- Strong understanding of health and safety and quality control on busy construction sites
- Excellent communication and subcontractor coordination skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience on data centre, commercial, industrial or large scale building projects
- Trade background or construction related qualification
- Knowledge of digital site management systems would be beneficial
Nice to Have
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling
- First Aid or relevant site management training
- Additional construction or supervisory qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme milestones
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site
- Monitor quality and ensure all work meets project specifications
- Assist the Site Manager with planning and day to day site operations
- Coordinate deliveries, labour and materials
- Complete site records and progress reporting
- Promote a productive and professional site environment
