This specialist contractor delivers technically detailed fit out packages across Data centres and Pharma projects in Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Their work covers design, BIM, fabrication and installation, with a steady pipeline of large-scale projects.
The Role: Estimator
This Estimator role can be worked remotely from anywhere in Ireland or the UK.
You will manage tenders covering drylining, plasterboard walls, partitions, suspended ceilings and floor finishes, from initial enquiry through to submission and handover.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Estimator with strong technical knowledge of internal fit out and the ability to manage tenders with minimal supervision.

Must Have Requirements
- Strong estimating experience within internal fit out or specialist subcontractin
- Proven experience pricing drylining, partitions, ceilings and floor finishes
- Strong understanding of fire and acoustic requirements
- Must be confident completing take-offs and preparing tenders
- Office fit out and refurbishment
- Large-scale residential developments
- Healthcare, hospital or school projects
- Drylining, ceilings or specialist interiors contractor background
- Pharma or Data Centre experience
- Prepare tenders from enquiry through to submission
- Complete take-offs and build up labour, material and subcontractor costs
- Review drawings, specifications, fire and acoustic requirements
- Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities
- Assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Manage tender handover with design, commercial and project teams
