The Role Electrical Site Supervisor
As Electrical Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of a defined workfront on a major data centre project in Milan. You will lead electrical trades, coordinate daily site activities and ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme and in line with design and specification.
This is a hands on leadership role on a live, high intensity construction site. You will be central to maintaining quality standards, driving productivity and ensuring all electrical installations are completed to commissioning standard first time.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate electrical teams on a large scale data centre construction project
• Ensure all works are carried out in full compliance with Health and Safety regulations and site specific RAMS
• Develop and manage short term lookahead programmes in line with the master construction schedule
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth sequencing and avoid clashes on site
• Monitor daily progress, labour allocation and productivity levels
• Maintain high quality standards, ensuring installations meet drawings, specifications and inspection requirements
• Manage materials, track deliveries and oversee minor procurement as required
• Complete accurate site documentation including redlines, quality records and progress reports
• Liaise with site management, project engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently
About You
• Qualified Electrician or Electrical trade background with strong site supervision experience
• Proven track record supervising electrical works on large construction projects such as data centres, industrial or commercial developments
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and integration of electrical systems within a live build
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety standards on major projects
• Able to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications confidently
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Clear communicator with a calm, structured leadership style
• Committed to delivering high quality installations and meeting project deadlines
