The Company
This international contractor delivers major data centre projects across Europe, covering construction, M&E installation and commissioning.
They are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the site team on a large-scale data centre project in Sines, Portugal.
The Role: Electrical Supervisor
You will oversee day-to-day electrical works, managing labour and subcontractors while coordinating with other trades to keep installations safe, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong electrical trade background and the ability to manage site teams, subcontractors and daily delivery on a major project.

Must Have Requirements
- Relevant Electrical trade qualification.
- Proven Electrical Supervisor experience within an M&E contracting environment.
- Strong experience managing electrical labour and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of electrical installation, programme and quality requirements.
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.
- European project experience beneficial.
- Supervise electrical installation works and site teams.
- Manage labour and subcontractors against programme.
- Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate electrical works with other trades.
- Monitor installation quality, materials and workmanship.
- Identify variations, delays and programme risks.
