Job title: Quality Lead – Data Centre

Package: €100,000 to €110,000 DOE + European package
The Company
This international contractor delivers major data centre projects across Europe, covering CSA, MEP, construction and commissioning.
They are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to take responsibility for QA/QC delivery on a major data centre project in Sines, Portugal.
The Role: Quality Lead
You will lead the site QA/QC team and manage the Project Quality Management System across both CSA and MEP works.
Working closely with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, subcontractors and the client team, you will drive quality standards from installation through to final handover.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Quality Lead or QA/QC Manager with strong technical knowledge and the leadership skills to drive quality across a large, technically complex construction project.

Must Have Requirements
- 8+ years’ QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of both CSA and MEP installations.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring QA/QC teams.
- Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission-critical project experience preferred.
- European project experience beneficial.
- Lead QA/QC delivery across CSA and MEP packages.
- Manage and mentor QA/QC Engineers.
- Oversee ITPs, inspections, testing and quality documentation.
- Manage NCRs and corrective actions through to close-out.
- Coordinate quality requirements with subcontractors and client teams.
- Manage quality dossiers and handover documentation.
