The Company
This international contractor delivers major data centre projects across Ireland and Europe, covering design, construction, M&E installation and commissioning.
They are seeking an Electrical Construction Manager for a large-scale data centre project in Dublin 15.
The Role: Electrical Construction Manager
You will take responsibility for day-to-day electrical construction delivery, managing subcontractors, site teams and coordination with engineering, planning and commissioning.
The focus will be on keeping electrical works safe, properly sequenced and on programme while maintaining high installation and quality standards.
Must Have Requirements
Salary: €95,000 to €110,000 DOE

Must Have Requirements
- 7+ years’ electrical construction experience with strong site management experience.
- Electrical Engineering, Building Services or relevant technical qualification.
- Proven experience managing electrical works and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, construction sequencing and commissioning.
- Data centre, mission-critical or major industrial project experience preferred.
- Manage day-to-day electrical construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manpower and programme delivery.
- Work closely with engineering, planning and commissioning teams.
- Manage QA/QC, technical submittals and installation quality.
- Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Track variations, costs, progress and electrical snagging through to close-out.
Salary: €95,000 to €110,000 DOE
