This international engineering services contractor is recognised as one of Europe's leading specialists in the delivery of large-scale mechanical and electrical projects. Operating across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, the business delivers technically complex data centre, pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial and power projects for many of the world's leading organisations.
With a substantial pipeline of work across Germany and Europe, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major project delivery team.
The Role: Electrical Site Supervisor
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead electrical installation teams on site, ensuring all electrical works are delivered safely, to programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate direct labour and subcontractors, monitor daily site activities, manage quality and safety requirements, and work closely with Engineers, Project Managers and commissioning teams throughout the construction programme.
This is a key site leadership role offering the opportunity to work on some of Europe's largest data centre and pharmaceutical construction projects.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor with a strong background leading electrical installation teams on major construction projects.
You have excellent organisational skills, enjoy coordinating site activities, and are committed to delivering high-quality installations safely and on programme.
You thrive in fast-paced project environments and are confident working alongside Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors and client representatives.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have a recognised Electrical trade qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Electrical Site Supervisor, Electrical Foreman or Electrical Chargehand role.
- Proven experience delivering electrical installations on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
- Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical specifications.
- Experience managing electrical subcontractors and direct labour on large construction projects.
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and construction best practice.
- Experience managing LV electrical installations through to commissioning.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning and project handover procedures.
- Experience preparing and managing two-week look-ahead programmes.
- Strong understanding of procurement, materials management and construction sequencing.
- Experience working with international M&E contractors.
- Previous data centre project experience.
- Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and Inspection Test Plans.
- Experience using digital reporting systems and construction management software.
- IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
- Lead electrical installation teams to deliver works safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
- Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors across your designated work area.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare short-term work programmes.
- Ensure electrical installations are completed to specification and quality standards.
- Implement Inspection Test Plans and quality control procedures.
- Review drawings and identify design or coordination issues before they impact the programme.
- Support procurement activities by tracking materials and equipment deliveries.
- Coordinate electrical works with other construction disciplines.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and red-line drawings.
- Deliver toolbox talks and promote a positive health and safety culture.
- Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
- Identify project risks early and work with the Construction Manager to implement solutions.
