Job title: Electrical Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre
Location: Fredericia, Denmark
Company: International M&E Engineering Contractor
Package: €110,000 DOE + 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation + accommodation + return flights + vehicle + 25 days annual leave
The Company
A major Irish engineering contractor delivering large-scale M&E projects across Ireland and Europe, with a strong pipeline of data centre and mission critical work.
This Electrical Quantity Surveyor role is based in Fredericia, Denmark, supporting the commercial delivery of a major data centre project.
The Role: Electrical Quantity Surveyor
You will manage the commercial performance of electrical packages, working closely with the project, procurement and site teams.
The role covers cost control, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and commercial reporting.

About You
You will be an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness and a practical understanding of electrical construction, ideally with data centre or mission critical project experience.

The Role: Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor or M&E Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience managing electrical packages on large construction projects
- Strong experience in subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts
- M&E contractor or specialist electrical contractor experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical package costs and commercial reporting
- Prepare valuations, variations and forecasts
- Manage subcontractor accounts and final accounts
- Monitor commercial risk and project costs
- Work closely with Project Managers and site teams
About You
