Job title: Electrical Package Manager – Data Centre
Location: Vaasa, Ostrobothnia, Finland

Package: Salary up to €100,000 DOE + €250 net weekly subsistence + solo accommodation + vehicle + flights + 3/1 or 5/1 rotation
The Company
This international data centre contractor delivers large-scale mission-critical projects across Europe, covering projects from design and construction through to commissioning.
They are looking for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Vaasa, Finland, with a strong pipeline of further European projects.
The Role: Electrical Package Manager
As Electrical Package Manager, you will take responsibility for the full lifecycle of the electrical package from design coordination and procurement through installation, testing and commissioning.
Working closely with the Project Manager, engineering teams, subcontractors and client, you will manage programme, cost, safety and quality while ensuring the electrical package is delivered in line with project requirements.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Electrical Package Manager with a strong electrical construction background and the ability to take ownership of a significant package on a large-scale project.
You should be comfortable managing subcontractors, programme, costs, quality and site delivery while coordinating closely with engineering, commissioning and client teams.

Salary: Up to €100,000 DOE
This Electrical Package Manager role gives you responsibility for a major electrical package from design coordination and procurement through construction, testing and commissioning.
The Finland package includes a salary up to €100,000 DOE, €250 net weekly subsistence on top, solo accommodation, return flights and a choice of 3/1 or 5/1 rotation, with further opportunities across the contractor’s European data centre pipeline.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have proven experience managing major electrical packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong electrical construction and subcontractor management experience required.
- Proven experience managing electrical works through installation, testing and commissioning required.
- Strong knowledge of programme delivery, QHSE and quality control required.
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.
- Previous European construction experience beneficial.
- Experience managing package costs, variations and valuations advantageous.
- Manage the electrical systems package from design coordination through installation, testing and commissioning.
- Manage day-to-day electrical site operations and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
- Work with the Project Manager, consulting engineers and client to maintain the project programme.
- Monitor subcontractor progress, manpower and performance against schedule.
- Manage electrical package costs including subcontractors, materials, plant and equipment.
- Manage variations and valuations associated with the electrical package.
- Coordinate material deliveries and goods receipting.
- Maintain strong Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards across electrical works.
- Manage the snagging process, weekly punch lists and subcontractor close-out.
- Work closely with engineering and commissioning teams through testing and final handover.
You will be an experienced Electrical Package Manager with a strong electrical construction background and the ability to take ownership of a significant package on a large-scale project.
You should be comfortable managing subcontractors, programme, costs, quality and site delivery while coordinating closely with engineering, commissioning and client teams.
