The Role - CSA Supervisor
As CSA Supervisor, you will take ownership of the Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on a large-scale data centre project in Dublin. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and subcontractors, you will coordinate all on-site CSA activities, ensuring seamless integration across civils, structural elements, and architectural finishes.

Working closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and subcontractors, you will coordinate all on-site CSA activities, ensuring seamless integration across civils, structural elements, and architectural finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all CSA works including civils, structural, fit out, roofing, and cladding
- Drive site Health and Safety standards alongside the project safety team
- Monitor programme progress and work closely with planners and subcontractors to meet key milestones
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure efficient workflow across all CSA packages
- Supervise subcontractors, track productivity, and chair regular coordination meetings
- Maintain strict quality control procedures and oversee QA inspections
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, buildability, and compliance
- Manage site documentation in line with project and client requirements
- Attend site, planning, and coordination meetings, contributing to project delivery
- Compile and manage snag lists, ensuring timely close-out
- Support project close-out including handover documentation, QA files, and final accounts
- Ensure all variations and change management processes are tracked and documented
About You
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline, or strong trade background with equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in CSA supervision on large-scale construction projects
- Proven track record delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural packages
- Strong understanding of data centre construction or mission-critical projects is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and programme delivery
- Confident communicator with good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Driven, organised, and committed to high safety standards
