This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused QA/QC Engineer to join a leading contractor operating in the data centre and mission-critical construction sector, delivering a major CSA package on a high-value Dublin-based project.

This is a site-based role where you’ll take responsibility for ensuring all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works are delivered in line with project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with the CSA Construction Manager, Project Manager and wider quality team to implement and maintain robust QA/QC systems throughout the build.

CSA QA/QC Engineer Skills & Experience:

• Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction (Civil, Structural or Architectural discipline preferred)
• Proven experience working as a QA/QC Engineer on large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, quality standards and compliance requirements
• Experience developing and implementing Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures
• Familiarity with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and quality documentation
• Experience carrying out site inspections, audits and managing non-conformance reports (NCRs)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with site teams and subcontractors
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Experience working on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or commercial projects is advantageous

As a CSA QA/QC Engineer, You Will:

• Monitor and inspect Civil, Structural and Architectural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and project standards
• Develop, implement and maintain project-specific QA/QC procedures for all CSA activities
• Review subcontractor submissions including method statements, ITPs and quality records
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits, raising and closing out NCRs where required
• Support the project and engineering teams in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinate with designers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely close-out of quality items
• Ensure materials and workmanship are inspected, tested and documented correctly
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, certifications and inspection documentation
• Support quality reporting and contribute to project handover documentation, including O&M manuals and quality dossiers
• Promote a strong culture of quality, health & safety and compliance on site
