The Role
As Site Manager, you will lead the on-site delivery of a multi-block residential scheme comprising over 100 apartments across medium to high-rise buildings. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will ensure that the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards expected of a Tier 1 contractor.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will lead the on-site delivery of a multi-block residential scheme comprising over 100 apartments across medium to high-rise buildings. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will ensure that the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards expected of a Tier 1 contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities from groundworks through to project completion.
- Work closely with the Project and Contracts Manager to maintain progress and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Oversee concrete frame construction, precast installation, façade works, and fit-out phases.
- Maintain strict compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Monitor project programme, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, fostering strong and professional working relationships.
- Supervise and mentor site teams, ensuring all personnel operate to the highest standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in construction efficiency, quality, and health & safety performance.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor, ideally on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
- Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge of RC frame, precast, and façade construction.
- Proven track record in leading multi-storey residential or commercial projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project or Power Project.
- Thorough understanding of building regulations, construction standards, and safety compliance.
