The Role – Construction Project Manager
This is a key leadership role overseeing the delivery of a residential construction project from early stages through to completion. You will take full responsibility for programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance while managing site teams and subcontractors.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and driving progress on site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full responsibility for the successful delivery of the residential project
• Oversee programme and ensure milestones are achieved on time
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
• Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety standards on site
• Monitor quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
• Manage project reporting, progress tracking, and documentation
• Identify and resolve any issues impacting programme or quality
About You:
• Degree qualified to Level 8 in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role on construction projects
• Strong background in residential construction projects
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery
• Driven, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
